  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective fake money products, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement, whichever you prefer.

  2. Incorrect Orders: In the event that you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you at no additional cost. If the incorrect items cannot be replaced, we will issue a full refund.

  3. Unsatisfactory Quality: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our fake money products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request evidence of the quality issue. If we determine that the product does not meet our quality standards, we will offer a refund or replacement.

  4. Non-Delivery: If your order has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action, which may include issuing a refund or reshipping the order.

Return Policy:

  1. Authorized Returns: We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. Before returning any products, you must contact our customer service team to obtain authorization and instructions for the return.

  2. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
